Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, all toothpaste and oral care items are considered personal hygiene products and can not be returned.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund.

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used toothpaste

  • Trial or promotional items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
